Muddy Dog Paw Stains on Sheets

I have been unreasonably unable to remove muddy dog paw stains from white sheets. Please can anyone come up with a foolproof method of removing the stains?

Ace laundry bleach. It's amazing.

I too would like to know this (and will try Ace). The only way I have found, so far, is to burn the sheets and buy new ones.

Soak overnight in biological laundry prewash solution, the type whose name starts with Oxi- .

Thanks for the tips! Will buy the ace, then the oxy, then burn.

Use the sheet to wipe the muddy paws then shut your door

Get sheets with a dog-paw print and then the stains won't bother you. Although, if you're very slatternly, you might find you can turn a blind eye to the muddy pawprints themselves.
If anyone knows of any pawprint sheets, speak now. Please.
