I have an iPhone XR that I really like but it’s a little big for my hands.
I decided I wanted to trade it in for the iPhone 11 pro as it’s slightly smaller.
I popped into my local O2 shop to check it out and if it felt better to buy it and sell my XR.
I went in and the phone is properly secured and can’t be picked up. I spoke to the shop assistant and explained above and asked if it was possible for me to pick up the phone. Got a flat no!
I was a little stunned and said so you’re saying I cannot hold the phone to see if it’s what I want? Again just a flat no.
I said you’re going to lose a sale, he just said ok.
What a weird way to run a business 
obviously didn’t need my £1,000 sale. Utterly bizarre.
