Hand, foot and mouth

Posting here for traffic, but can a child get hand, foot and mouth 3 times? My 12 month old seems to have had it 3 times already! I’ve also had it once (I caught it from him as I didn’t get it as a child) it was awful and I was so ill!
I can only imagine how he’s feeling Sad

Oh Christ I thought you could only get it once. I don't think babies get it too badly so your little one might not be feeling too bad. I had it last year and it's one of the worst things I've ever had, missed 2 weeks of work, the throat was the worst.

Yeah, you can just keep getting it.
It's worse in adults though. My 3 year old hardly had any symptoms but I was so bad with it.
