Aye, onion, red pepper, quarter of a tube of garlic paste in frying pan, cook til brown, add dried chilli flakes and paprika, drain chick peas, add can of tomatoes, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Cook rice.

Chuck mushrooms in as if you like. Or some chorizo.

well, the Idahoan mash and the tinned fruit are going to the Food Bank.

We have enough chick peas to not have to buy hummus for the next few months. And enough loo roll as well.

However I don't trust bastard BJ not to shaft us after the GE so will not run stocks too low

Me too. I never want sweets unless they are here. My DH is currently driving around with sweets and chocs for Halloween in his car booth so I don't have them here

wildthyme I just came back to say I tried your chickpea recipe today, with chorizo, and it was delicious! Will definitely have that again and it was dead easy and I'm no chef. Thank you
