I haven’t worked for nearly 10 (aside from an events job which lasted a year until the company downsized). So my last interview was 2017. I have an interview for a job next week for an administration role which is home based. It’s a competency based interview and to be honest I’m petrified. Can anyone give me any tips or advice not to completely lose my head and waffle? I have two children with Sen which is why I haven’t worked in the last ten years.
