Dental fillings and breastfeeding

So I've just had a filling done about an hour ago, got home and breastfed daughter. Whilst looking to see how long the numbness lasts, some stuff popped up about fillings being dangerous if breastfeeding and now am a tad worried

Dentist didn't ask if I was breastfeeding but knows I have a young baby so I wasn't aware to ask.

Should I call my doctor/dentist or am I overreacting??

Confused

As above.

Did they use amalgam on you with a young baby?
The dental practice I work at usually go for composite in pregnant/nursing mothers.
It should be fine as it has now set if it is amalgam. Composite sets straight away ☺️

It's fine. My friend had to have emergency general anesthetic while breastfeeding a newborn and while it normally says not recommended, her surgeon assured her it was fine, and the surgery was much more important!
