On Saturday my daughter and I were looking through some old photos from 14 years ago when we happened to come across a missing SD card that had turned up out of the blue. The photos were from a family holiday all those years ago where we met another family who were from the USA and had kids similar age to ours. They spent most of the 2 weeks splashing around in the pool together and as we got on well we ate out together most evenings too. We kept in touch for a year or 2 but things fizzled out with different time zones etc but there was no fall out or anything like that. On Sunday, so the next day after our trip down memory lane we were shopping in Tesco when I heard someone shout 'Hey Kinderegg23' and I knew who it was straight away before I turned around and there she was shopping with her daughter too! They recently moved to live here for a year and only about 2 miles from us due to her husbands job. To say I was speechless was an understatement as when I originally knew her we lived in a completely different part of the country, I felt in that moment like I'm psychic but it really made my day! Has anyone had any similar coincidences?
