Maybe it'll give someone on here some advice too :)
Advice I wish I could have given myself:

  • Stop wasting money and time buying and researching expensive miracle hair products and treatments. You have fucked your hair up, and it is now a bleached, destroyed mess. No product is capable of permanently fixing it. Stop messing with it, chop it off, and start over.
  • He's a drug addict man child. Get some self esteem and respect and move on.
  • If you're massively torn between two seemingly opposite choices or decisions, stop dragging yourself back and forth between the two. Have a think. Be creative. Is there any possible way you could actually have BOTH?

As an adult - Don't get pregnant.

As a child - Tell them exactly what it's like - this is not normal.

  • Stop trying to get a tan. You're a pale person. What's the point in damaging your skin so you can go back home to a rainy country and spend one week flaunting it before it's back to jumpers and jeans. If you really want that tanned look then spend a bit of money on a high quality natural looking fake tan, they do exist. Stop lying out in the sun on your holidays. It's pointless and harmful.

You don't need loads of poor quality clothes. Think before you buy something. Really like it and focus on the number of wears......save a small amount every week, even if it's only 1 percent of your wage.

Pick up a hobby and join a club, don't have your social life built around parties.

For fuck’s sake STAY SINGLE.

Stop feeling embarrassed that you're "too skinny" (applicable to feeling "too fat" too). You're not too anything. It's your fucking body. It is what it is. It works and it's you.

To get fit.

It would have been easier to have started university at 18, than at 30, with 2 young children. Just bloody do it. The 'fun, care-free' years really weren't worth it.

Stop trying to please other people.
