To dump a load of bechamel on top?

I made lasagna last night and it was damn tasty but not bechamely enough.

We're having leftovers tonight: WIBU to whip up another batch of bechamel and just dump it over the top?

Thb next time I might just leave out all the pasta and basically make a bolognese sauce drowned in bechamel

I used to work in a pizza shop 20 odd years ago. The most popular pasta dish was tagliatelle pastachelli, which was basically bolognese sauce with bechamel sauce plus olives, pepperoni and salami with tagliatelle pasta. I have made it for us many, many times and it's a thing of beauty. Especially nice with left over bolognese sauce.
