Used one of those conveyor belt type car washes today and it damaged my driver's door. There are scratches on the paintwork. It was definitely the car wash as I had only just filled up with petrol and there was no gouges on the driver's door then.
I filled in a report form at the car wash. The operators said they couldn't see that the damage could have possibly been caused by the car wash.
Am I wasting my time persuiing it with the car wash as I can't prove it damaged my car?
