The Double Decker is a much underrated chocolate

Just scoffed a mini one in some heroes.

Oh my.

Not enough nougat though.

My fave chocolate bar. You need a full sized one though, not one of those mini efforts.

God no the mini ones are useless. I got a bag of mini bites of them last week and they were rubbish. Were not like a proper yummy double decker AT. ALL.

Used to be.....
They aren’t quite the same anymore, too fat for starters. They used to be slightly thinner.
I’m old enough to remember when they had raisins in, used to have to pick them out!

Still do enjoy one every now and again though

Sorry Yabu. They used to be ok, not my fav but I wouldn’t chuck it in the bin. Unlike a mars bar.
I had one the other day, was awful, made me feel sick.

It’s the crunchy bit at the bottom I love, can’t really be bothered with the chewing of the nougat old

The mini ones are fab too.

Have it straight out of the fridge, keeps the nougat lovely and chewy.

Straight from the freezer. Really chewy. Divine.

Even the full size ones are more mini bus than double decker these days.

One of my favourites. Star Bars are my number one.
Just had an orange Twirl, not very orangey sadly.

They are amazing when frozen! Try it, I promise you'll never eat another thing.

I love a double decker, i nibble off the nougat and then dunk the biscuit in my brew. But some wonderful eating recommendation here!

FYI the double deckers in heroes are disappointing, much like everything except the twirl and fudge.

As a pp said, they DID used to be lovely, but they taste bland, fatty, sugary, and bleh now. Used to be an 8.5 out of 10. Now a 4 tops....

I want a Double Decker now. I will have to go out to the shops. I think Poundland do multipacks, dribbles with greed.

You need the double decker icecream in your lives... AMAZING

Nothing wrong with it in principle, but I wouldn't call that sugary fatty soapy stuff proper chocolate. If they put proper chocolate on it, yes it would be great.

I feel the same about Star Bars. Actual heaven.
