Housing policy - serve harrassment!!

Sorry if this is wrong thread, was not sure where to post this!!

So im being servely racially harassed I have submitted the relevant forms from therapist, health visitor and GP to my housing association but they seem to have placed me in a band that is not priority. However there housing allocation policy clearly state that serve harrassment falls into priority band for rehousing. I have also made 4 reports to the police about this matter.

I dont think policy fall under the law, Im not sure about where I stand. ill be going to citizen advice bureau and speaking to my neighbouhood police team about this tomorrow.

Wondering anyone could shed some light into the situation?

Have you physically spoken to the HA about the fact that they seem to have not put you in a priority band.

What did the police say OP?

Ask them why they're going against their own policy. Then you'll know on what basis to fight your corner

You've made reports to the police.. but what have the police found? Have they investigated the matter and advised you shouldn't stay there?

Speak to your local councillor. They may be able to get the HA to reassess.
