Hi all
We're having our Home Buyers Report done in a few hours. I know that we can't influence the surveyor, but are there any tips on presenting the house for a report? I've cleared the space to the electrical/fuse box, the house is spotless, I've put the heating on to show it works, there is access to the boiler etc. Have I forgotten anything? The only thing I don't have is a ladder for access to the attic hatch (I've never been up, DH uses a lowish stepladder and hoists himself through the hatch when we need to go up).
The gutters have been cleaned out last week.
Can you think of anything they might check that I have completely overlooked?
