unless I missed something, he isn't an MP. yet he is given so much airtime. why? what have I missed.

It is one of those mysteries of life. The Greens do have an MP and plenty of representation in the devolved governments and local councils but get far less airtime.

Because the news is dominated by stories about Brexit, and he is the leader of the Brexit Party.

I don't think they stood in the last local elections, but at the European elections they won more votes than the Tories and Labour combined.

I am a big sympathiser to the Greens cause but my word they are dreadful at putting across a news-worthy message.
