To ring 111 for my 2.5 year old

My 2.5 year old ds had mild diarrhoea which started on Friday closely followed by vomiting every hour. Kept him hydrated and eventually he went 17 hours with no vomiting, only for it to return where he vomited once and has had more diarrhoea. Hes more tired than usual and has now gone 24 hours with no sickness just some diarrhoea. I know it's a bug as I've now caught it too. Just checked his temperature 3 times in 10 minutes and it's low (36.1) and he feels very cold to touch. AIBU to consider ringing 111 and see what they say? He has never been poorly before so have no idea on what to do!

It's a big, ringing 101 won't be of any benefit at all!!

Give them a call and see what they say. What’s the harm 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would call for medical advice, he is tired, cold and could be getting dehydrated with the d&v. Explain to them that you have it too, hope you're both better soon.

36.4 is normal temperature for young children so he is only a little cold.
