To model my life on Grey's Anatomy?!

I'm newly divorced, or nearly divorced depending on which jurisdiction you're looking at, and these are the questions in my life;

How awful is it to have never been loved?

And, most importantly: WHY ISN'T MY LIFE LIKE GREY'S?!!

Whatever happens to them, someone lovely and caring is there- and usually a fit young surgeon who doesn't mind they've got 3 small kids and a full time job- and they rock on, get their rocks off, parent and I WANT TO LIVE LIKE THAT.

Cue Snow Patrol and tears.

Yes but have you seen the mortality rate amongst the staff there - way above average! And whatever you do don’t get on a plane!!!

😂 I love Greys but I think the average life expectancy is about 30!! Plus you might meet the love of your life, but chances are that he'll die in some bloody and super dramatic way, leaving you broken hearted.. Until your next long lost sister shows up..

Euugh no! Whatever happened in your life the awful Meredith Grey would be smiling her horrible patronising/smug smile, then 5 minutes later would fall out with you and refuse to speak to you!
You would also find yourself constantly acquiring annoying relatives that you didn’t know existed.

I've cracked it - meet that perfectly witty, funny, serious, sexy and successful man and then we both quit our jobs and go start life somewhere else. The ones that move away never die. They just 'pop in' every now and then when they're needed.

Woke up with a hangover and misery and your messages cheered me right up. Grin
I think I'll go for sad and lonely long life over the hot doctor-imminent death scenario.
