Met someone quite senior to me at work drinks last week - I know of her but have never been formally introduced/she doesn’t know me. When we were introduced, I asked if she was in xyz team (she is and joking asked how I knew) before congratulating her on her promotion (emails are sent round announcing these). Now I feel like a tiny bit of a stalker sigh! Can anyone relate?!
