to think DH would find one builder to give quote for extension, when I phoned 6 and got one?

We agreed a week ago to make a concentrated effort to find some builders to get a quote for an extension. Part of the should we move- shall we extend debate - ongoing for years. On my very limited time off I phoned loads of suggestions from friends, neighbours. When he said 2nite lets get on with it - i'm fed up with this mess- i said i've found one around - willing to give a quote. Are all DH/ DPs the same - do they all think WE means You ... you will do this, you will find this....?

My DH often says things like
"We need to give the kitchen cupboards a good scrub"
"We need to tidy the garage"

Oh, do WE?

Why can't he just ask me to do it?

Last year we were wandering around the airport. I said, "I've always wanted to try those Godiva chocolates". When he came back from his trip he said, "By the way, I tried the chocolates that you were talking about. They were lovely."
