My son is 16 months really good diet, eats and drinks plenty but his poo this morning was like rabbit drops... I didn't hear him squeeze and it didn't have a smell to it

One-off changes in poos are completely fine. If it lasts for a couple of days, ask again - and consider if there are any dietary changes that might have triggered it.

(Special case: Unless they're black in which case digested blood is involved, then it's A&E time)

Thanks for the reply. Nope they weren't black but some of the were greenish n some orangey tinged

Have a look at the Bristol Stool Scale online. That kind of poo would fall right on the edge of the scale.
