Am still on hold. I’ve started so I feel I need to finish...
I tried live chat but they refused to de with me as it’s about an existing order. Aibu to think this is pathetic and really not customer service at all? And Harvey’s - I’m still on hold!

Oops I was lying it’s currently 1 hour 28 mins. I know it’s ridiculous and I have emailed too but once I’d been on hold for 15-20 mins I really thought it would be quicker.

I did mention the need for Twitter on the live chat site. Couldn’t be less interested. I asked her to escalate my complaint - nothing. I may have to create a Twitter account.

No they won’t hang up because I am important to them! I know this because they have told me 16 times.
I’m having my lashes done at 5.30 so they’d better be quick! Oh...🤪

Yes Harvey’s furniture. I bought 2 settees and a chair for a couple of thousand. One settee and the chair are faulty. I’ve bern waiting since June for replacements. Makes 2 hours seem petty, really.

Over 2 hours and 5 minutes. Am on phone now to a lovely lady - I can’t be cross with her but it’s been a complete waste of my afternoon 😢

I wouldn’t touch them after the trouble friend had when she ordered a sofa....24 weeks and still fobbed off over delivery managed to cancel and re-order! The excuses were laughable.

I emailed the head guy. Cannae mind his name, but Google him. He kicked the shop's arse and they phoned to grovel and apologise the next day.

Here we go - the replacement furniture for the faulty items hasn’t been ordered! Again!! I’ve asked for a call from a manager, which will no doubt come when in bloody yoga or something.

My brother had a terrible time with Harvey's and a faulty bed. He never got a replacement or his money back in the end.
