AIBU to advise her to agree some ground rules

Hi

I'll keep it brief. DD has just moved into a flat share with 1 other student, a young woman. They each have their own room and there is a communal living room and kitchen. The flat-sharer is in a new relationship / all loved up and her boyfriend is there constantly (day and night, 24/7) My DD needs her own space and is starting to feel like the flat has been invaded by the new boyfriend. She needs peace and quiet as she is working on her thesis (final year at uni).
AIBU to advise them to have a discussion and agree some ground rules? It's early days (they've only been in a couple of weeks). DD also has a boyfriend who will be around a lot. Not sure what is reasonable in this situation as everyone wants visitors but 24/7 is a bit excessive!
