Anybody else not been paid their Carer's Allowance tonight?

Mine normally goes in at midnight but nothing-never happened before and am worried !
Anybody got any ideas why this might be?

Tomorrow is a Saturday so will be on Monday instead?

As benefits don’t get paid on weekend days.

Just had my partner check ours. Also not in. Might just be a delay with the bank, his is Barclays. Mine had issues with going in late this morning (not carers but tax credits). Hopefully it’s in by 8am.

DifficultSituation19 With some banks it goes in on a Saturday. Does so with Barclays, since I changed banks I wait until Monday for child benefit.

doubleshotespresso Could just be an issue with the bank then. Has happened before. I’m going to try and forget and hope it’s in in the morning lol

Mine went in at 12.38 so sounds like a glitch.

I was panicking then, I desperately need mine for tomorrow so I can take ds to an event he'd missed last year due to lack of funds.

Not something I get but I'm on a few Facebook benefits groups and loads of reports of people not getting payments and they're Barclays customers so looking like a Barclays glitch which will hopefully be resolved ASAP for you all
