Does my baby have a cold sore

A small red mark came up on my DD lip (looked like red mark under the skin). Today, two days later, it has a little scab on it.

I don’t know if it’s a scratch, drool rash or cold sore and I’m so worried

I’ve called 111 they aren’t too worried as she is fine in herself and has no other issues, though has had a runny nose for a few days.

What are your thoughts?

Probably not, the first manifestation of a cold sore is usually herpetic gingivostomatisis

Might be worth asking a pharmacist to check it? Impetigo looks like a scab. It is common for babies to scratch themselves though.
