To ask your best remedies for thrush ?

canesten thrush combi -cream and pessary, live yogurt dipped in a tampon and inserted helps soothe. stay away from perfumed soaps etc around the vulva, pat dry after peeing so it doesn't drag the skin, cotton underwear, don't wear tight clothes around the crotch.

This may not help if you're in the midst of it, but I found that I'm more likely to develop thrush if I use a tampon or certain types of lube. I'm perimenopausal and have started to use Yes Vaginal Moisturiser which returns the vagina to the correct ph. 🤞It's working so far!

Natural yoghurt. I've only had thrush once and this cleared it right up. Felt like a tit sitting on the side of the bath with natural yoghurt spread all over my vag but it worked.

Put some on a tampon insert for an hour and then take it out. Or just wipe some on you and around the irritating areas.

Canesten pill it is pricey but works over night I think Boots do own brand ,that and cream
