I’m starting a business and I really want to make it work and make clients happy. What makes you happy?

She is happy to do a term time only agreement, which suits me
She doesn't cost the earth
She brings her own cloths / spray
She just gets on with it - doesn't stop for phone calls etc
She is flexible (if one of my dc still asleep, she'll do something else in stead of their rooms)
She will always ask if there is anything different I need her to do
She's not pernickity about if this job or that comes under 'cleaning' (so has, over the years, occasionally ironed, tidied, helped me with a big sort out, etc etc)
She's just a really nice person Smile
Trustworthy and honest go without saying, I hope.

I completely trust her.
She is flexible, both with her hours & the tasks.
She's good Grin

When we first met, she said that she was here for 3 hours, and she was happy, within reason, to do anything I needed in that time. But that if there wasn't anything specific I wanted done, she would start with the jobs I hated (loos & oven) & work her way round everything else.

She was happy to use my products or bring her own (she wasn't fussy at all)

Is reliable
In most areas, has own car to get around
Does the full time paid for
Uses their initiative - e.g. after a few weeks when house is in better shape starts doing odd jobs...doors, skirting etc as needed
