To wonder why he doesnt make eye contact with me ?

I work within a large office for a reputable company , I am happily engaged with a beautiful boy and a nice healthy work / life balance. ( not that this is relevant ) I get on with everyone in my office , nice balance of men and women, yet there is this one guy whom everytime he speaks to me just doesnt give me eye contact.. at first I didnt take it personally but now I'm starting to find it quite unnerving, like have I got a huge green spot on my forehead or something? He very happily speaks to other colleagues with eye contact and engages with other colleagues .. but even if I have to ask him a question, he doesnt even turn his head when he answers me. What have I done wrong here.. ?!

He is probably just shy, or nervous and anxious around women...

But hes fine with any other woman that I can see he speaks to. Starting to take it personally. I guess my anxiety is kicking in.

Could it be that he fancies you?

Some people are like that with new people. I would just give it time

Why does it matter? You can't please everyone, not everyone will like you. I bet you don't like everyone you meet. I know some of my coworkers don't like me, I couldn't give a shit as ling as they're not dicks or obstructive to my job. Work's hard enough without wondering why Jenny looks like my cat puked in her shoes.

He sounds odd. You usually get a few strange people in most workplaces. Not worth worrying about!

Although annoying, in the big scheme of things I think it’s not worth worrying about. It’s his problem, not yours - and we can’t control the actions of others.
