Those threads when someone is just not prepared to even try to understand others points of view, but frequently POSTS IN CAPITAL LETTERS to ensure their 'rightness'! Lots of nonsense followed by the word FACT!

Whatever happened by a good old fashioned debate? I left a thread recently because I just couldn't be bothered trying to have a reasonable conversation WITH ALL THE CAPITAL LETTERS AND EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!!! 😂

Fine for occasional emphasis. With the emphasis on the occasional. What I really hate is tweets with clapping hands in between each word. It's just people making a shout point, generally with no evidence to back up the opinion.

Similarly, I don’t think people can make their point any stronger by writing ‘end of’ or ‘full stop’ at the end of their point. Or a full stop in between each word.

Mil does this in texts. Like I’m so thick she needs to shout so i understand. I did once reply in the same style, I think it went over her head. It’s rude generally, but hey this is mumsnet 😂 some people only post to rile others up.

No matter what the subject like “ my 18 year old son came home drunk, ate out of the cat bowl and slept naked on the front lawn, is this unacceptable” some people would say your outrageously judgmental parent. So shouting here is relatively polite 😁
