To think 4 years isn’t long enough?

I apologise for the DM link but this man got 4 years in prison for mindlessly killing someone in a single punch. I’ve known driving offences get longer.

Surely this should be a much longer sentence? He will be 23 when released and still have his whole life ahead of him.
