To think estate agents should be doing more?

Our house has been on the market for 11 weeks now.
To begin with loads and loads of viewings, it’s priced a bit lower compared to other houses the same on our estate, as we are on the main road of the estate which can be quite busy.
In the last 4 weeks we have not had a single viewing, and the EA haven’t contacted me since 1st August.
I finally contacted them today and asked if we should be reducing, or taking it off the market for a while etc.
They replied that 3 people wanted to offer on ours, but they weren’t proceed-able. They told us to just hang on.
When I look on Rightmove everything else that is on with the agent is selling quickly or has sold.
Any idea why they’ve gone radio silence on us and are advising us to wait for an interested buyer to become proceed-able?
They’ve not featured our property at the top of right move once, or in the local paper, and as it hasn’t been reduced it’s now pages and pages down the list on the right move website.
Any advice?

We are happy to reduce slightly if needed, but they said there’s no need to do this.
I’m getting impatient now!

Looking on rightmove things are definitely moving.
House down the road from me on for 25k more sold a few weeks ago, houses for a million pounds going quickly and even 1/2 bed flats selling within a week or so.
I just feel like EA have based all their hopes on these 3 buyers (who incidentally are on with the same agent) and they’re wanting to create a chain of their own properties.
Does this happen?
