I ordered a takeaway on the takeaways own app as I saw it advertised on Instagram and really fancied one.
30 mins after they opened (15 mins before my order should arrive) I rung to make sure they had my order as I hadn't received an order accepted message although the app said they had received my order.
They said they hadn't received my order as the app has been playing up, and I could place an order over the phone but it'd be an hour. I said forget it and they've lost my custom because I was starving and couldn't wait any longer.
I know IABU and I don't think this level of hangryness is normal, but I'm now crying into a bowl of super noodles fantasising about ways I could kill whoever's fault it is or burn the takeaway down or something, I obviously never would actually do anything apart from leave a bad review btw.
