to have house cleaning clothes?

So in the mornings I wear fresh clothes after showering but after the school drop offswhen I get back home (on the days I don’t work) I havehousework to do so change into old clothes (think old stretchy maternity shirts and ratty jog bottoms) so I can clean loos without worrying about accidentally dropping splashing bleach on my nice clothes. It’s made it abit embarrassing to answer the door though as I look quite shabby and as you can imagine I’d be horrified if a friend popped by unexpectedly.
What does everyone else do? own a house coat???

I really want a housecoat Grin
I finally get the point of them.
FWIW I often clean in my underwear.

Best things to wear girl cleaning is running wear. If I were you, I'd skip the shower, throw on running kit and trainers for the school run, home, do the cleaning and THEN shower and change. I actually clean the shower last then jump in.

Yes I guess if you answer the door sweaty and you re in running gear that wouldn’t be too bad.
How would you manage answering the door in your underwear though? Grin
I’m loving those uniforms, the pink one with bows is hilarious Smile

Didn’t you explain to your friend you were cleaning?
