To be super pissed off at beauty bay?

Bought an expensive item from them.

My hermes delivering.

Item shown as delivered. Signed for. Not my signature. Not delivered. Not here. Not with neighbours.

Took 3 weeks for beauty bay to refund me.

Never heard what happened to item.

Reorder similar item with beauty bay, selecting different postage

Beauty bay emailed me saying they cancelled and refunded me due to me 'failing security'

They refused to tell me what that meant and suggested if I ordered again the same would happen.

AIBU To feel like they are calling me a thief and blaming ME for some dodgy hermes driver??

I'm basically blacklisted over something that was nothing to do with me.

And I'm still without my item :(. And once again face waiting for a refund

Not heard of that before but sounds like they have blacklisted you if they’ll refuse all future orders too.

Can you not get the products elsewhere? I don't use companies again if they mess me around with refunds etc.

Never heard of Beauty Bay but thanks for the heads up OP - I know to avoid them in future.

It's a beauty item that is American and they are the only british company that have it in stock.

TBH originally it was Hermes I was mad at. I had no real issue with beauty bay as it was hermes that lost the parcel.

I’d take it to Twitter.

I had this with them too :-( they basically said I stole the item when I rang them up 😡 despite the fact that mine was tracked as delivered to a neighbour (didn't say which!) so never even made it to my house!
