To think m&s aren't going to win any customers using mumfluencers

The new campaign looks awful and having Instagram mums to promote it I don't think is going to turn things around.

Mother of daughters (that one day a week midwife) did an article yesterday about positive body image for a fitness magazine and a few hours later her photoshopped image was released for m &s!

YANBU. The whole idea of "tapping into" influencer marketing is so false and orchestrated.

They have a lot of followers though. Just because you don’t like them doesn’t mean others don’t.

There's a reason all brands budget for influencer marketing now, it works. You can dislike it but facts are facts.

Who says it works? I think brands are scared not to jump on the infuencer train but with big campaigns and many different ads on different mediums difficult to say it's the infuencers.

Even if it worked last year, no guarantee it will work this year.

I think it works. I've definitely bought products I've become aware of through influencers.

I believe it's quite a cost effective form of advertising for brands.
