Woman sues neighbour because she can smell the fish on their bbq:
www.standard.co.uk/news/world/vegan-woman-sues-neighbours-in-bid-to-stop-them-barbecuing-a4227531.html

This isn't a vegan bashing thread (or at least I don't intend it to be - that's probably inevitably the aspect the paper has chosen to headline) but her list of this and other 'nuisances' is absurd.

I think because she is vegan they've jumped on her complaining about the bbq smell to create a great headline.

It sounds like shes complaining about anti-social behaviour, the smell/smoke of the bbq, the noise from the children, lights, cigarette smell etc

She does sound like a nightmare neighbour though, and the irony is funny.

NoBaggyPants · 03/09/2019 13:54

You could read this two ways, that she's overly sensitive and creating a problem where one doesn't exist, or that she lives next to ASBO family and wants some peace.

I agree with LochJess that the article is biased.

The article headline is clearly clickbait, but it goes on to say that her submission to the court ran to 400 pages. Biased or not, I think we can guess who's being unreasonable!
