I have had a great summer doing not very much and have enjoyed the sun in Creye but....
Very looking foward to autumn leaves, hot food, boots, jumpers, run up to Christmas, pumpkins blah blah blah.

Yanbu, I'm never bored of an autumn thread. I'm ready for rainy days with the fire on, crisp and frosty mornings, the beautiful leaves, walks in the wood when it's misty, hearty pies and stews, bonfires, baked potatoes, hot coffee on a cold morning, sleeping cosy and comfortable, thick socks and boots, murmurations of starlings.

I just love it all!

I was up at 6 today walking the dogs and there was a definite autumn chill to the air. It's 20 degrees now, but first thing in the morning and last thing at night you can feel autumn creeping in.

I love this time of year. My friend calls it Hallothanksmas and it makes me smile because there's so much to look forward to.

6c this morning for our dog walk, with mist along the hills. Was wonderful. Bring on Autumn!

Definitely NBU. I love Autumn! The cooler temperature make me feel so much better and I just woke up with so much energy and having a good deep clean. I love the colours, the smells, just how cosy everything is!

My neighbours has taken the decoration out since yesterday. Makes me want to give the house an autumn feel. What could I do?

Love Autumn too. I count the days from May onwards. September/October are lovely with their beautiful colours and mellow light.
Nice to go to bed and actually sleep!
Not so keen on the cold wet days of winter tho.
