I am affected by PMT quite badly, generally, in that it is very noticeable to me and DH and really affects my life for about about five days every month.
I just realised it’s that special time as I am moody, feeling down and just sent four texts in a row to DH about mess in the house.
I think AF is due in nearly a week so that means probably 5+ days of this and I cannot hide my irritation which will no doubt hit in spades especially when I’m at work.
Any advice? Going to the gym helps. Making sure that I eat, so that I am not hangry as well as hormonal! Getting sleep so that I’m well rested as being tired can make me grumpy too.
Anyone who says I should just get over it probably hasn’t experienced severe PMT.
But sometimes I think I’m naturally a bit grumpy...
