To wonder if I can get this light down jacket clean again?

DD has this beautiful light blue (almost white) down jacket. It looks dirty in some areas even after washing.
Can I do anything at home to get it clean again (apart from paying ££ at the dry cleaners)

Don't know if this would work? Dryel dry cleaning sheets from Amazon (can't copy the link) You use them in the tumble dryer.

I have a very pale pink one that looked "grubby" round the stitching even after washing. I used Nikwax Tech Wash, rubbed a little bit neat along the "grubby" bits with a toothbrush and let it rest for a little while then washed it in the machine as per the instructions on the Tech Wash. I then soaked it in TX Direct and let it drip dry overnight, and finished it off in the tumble dryer to break-up the feathers.
