I’m posting this under AIBU for traffic but hopefully people will understand why as it’s important as many women as possible see it.
Today, the BBC reported a criminologists’ study of 372 UK men who went on to kill their partners: their research found that all but one of the men followed a very clear 8-stage pattern of escalating abuse. The one man that didn’t only missed stage one because he hadn’t had any previous relationships.
I think this article might be helpful for anyone who feels that their relationship is displaying red flags or for those who know women in this situation but might have missed seeing this research.
