I much prefer Rafael to Ralph.

I don’t think two one syllable names next to each work (Nate Ralph). It just seems far too abrupt. And the names don’t work together, they just seem like separate entities.

Of your current options, I like Rafael the best. I’m not sure it goes well with George though - they’re very different names.
