Over the years, I have suffered from depression and anxiety in various forms and strengths if you like.

I have an obsessive tendancy...

I've been on IAPT stress courses, had some CBT been to group stress stuff... All fine and dancy when I was attending but I couldnt seeem to put the things into action afterwards.

Referred myself via work recently for counselling - telephone counselling starts in Sept.

But right now.. I feel OK. I don't know what I would talk about.

Perhaps let counsellor guide the session. Try writing. Even a summary of your life, or make a life time line. Good and bad things. Main events in your life. It's good for everyone to go to councelling. I'd keep the appointment, plus you don't know what might happen in the future. Timelines can be very helpful, but if it feels.overwhelming in any way then do it with the help of a councellor.
