So fuming! We have Guardsman furniture protection on our sofas as it as supposed to be an all singing all dancing cover plan for any accidental damage. We have two toddlers so thought it would be a good idea. My two children managed to run into the front room before I could get their hands cleaned up after lunch and climbed up on the sofa. Naturally there were saints so I submitted a report and they sent out a tiny bottle of cleaning fluid which as great, but no where near enough, it as about 10 or 20ml I think. So I wrote back asking for more as I couldn't clean it properly. They asked for photos which I sent. Next I get a letter from them saying they review the photographs and the accumulation fo damage I have claimed for is not consistent its the circumstances described as a single incident and therefore they will not be processing my claim.

I guess I am just venting really. But if anyone reading this is about to take out guardsman.....I personally wouldn't bother

dc are known for being grubbies so what makes them think you won't need to claim in the future ?
