I'm rarely at home during the day so don't often see Loose Women. I'm surprised it's still on air tbh. I've always found the panelist's quite self important, opinionated and rude. Some more than others.

But they appear to have excelled themselves and introduced a new 'feature' where the loose women themselves give us their whole life story. Currently listening to Denise Welch talking about her childhood and life and wondering who on earth cares?!

Is it just me? Or is this utter tosh.

And yes I will turn over very shortly.

It's absolutely terrible. The panelists are obnoxious, thick as pig shit tossers who reinforce some incredibly problematic stereotypes about men and women.

However, I'm always conscious that it's very easy to level criticism at these programmes which are hosted/presented by women, aimed at women, and talk about things which interest/appeal to women without recognising that there are equivalent men's programmes (namely sport programmes) which aren't ridiculed and devalued in the same way.

It's a clichéd, stereotype-laden load of bollocks. YANBU.

I hate Denise Welch, she is self absorbed, self important, is a self appointed expert in a lot of things she has a very one sided view of. She is the reason that I never watch that programme.

I'm sure when it began it was more interesting.
But it is just a sycophantic D list celeb fest. And there are no words for Colleen Nolan.

I went off it massively after the Kim Woodburn incident but it's always been shit.

Theoretically, I can understand the concept of discussing topical things and so on but I can't believe anyone would be arrogant enough to think that the audience wants to sit and hear about the lives of these has been for half an hour! Even fans of the show must find that boring?!

Hate it. Group of catty women having a bitch for an hour, aka my worst nightmare!

I won't watch it any more after Kim Woodburn and Colleen still being on it.

I would rather watch paint dry than watch it, whatever the rights or wrong with Kim Woodburn they hyjacked that woman and ganged up on her

Oh God. I remember the Kim thing. They were so cruel, weren't they making fun of her being upset about being abused with snide little comments? I can't stand it... it's shit. Some of the panellists can be OK though. I don't like the Nolan people at all.

The sooner Coleen Nolan accepts that she is a talentless big mouthed overweight middle aged woman the better she proved this after the Kim Woodburn episode which was horrendous.
Never waste time watching it now shows like that deserve a license refund.

Oh my god 😂 that sounds like Hell. I’m a huge fan of “The View” (USA show) it’s like a much less trashy & more political version of loose women. I can’t stand Loose Women.

I never liked Denise Welsh when she was going on about how she couldn’t stand being around shy/quiet people. Said they made her uncomfortable or something. Well we can’t all be confident extroverts like you Denise.

Kim W episode and LW's deliberate ignoring of criticism spoke absolute volumes. It was shite way before that, though.
