I realise that I wasn't paying sufficient attention (now!) but I've just paid a hard earned £180 to take our grandchildren to some attractions in London. I thought I was booking the start date of the pass but it was the date for the first attraction, and on phoning was told that they couldn't change it.
I'd phoned within literally a minute from booking and their advice was t get in touch with London Dungeon directly. I duly went to the site to then see that they do not ever change the date/time of the first attraction. Please, any of you that are considering purchasing from Merlin Entertainment be aware that it's very easy to make this error, and you stand to lose a lot of money. Hasn't been very magical for us....is it really unreasonable to expect better customer service than this ?
