There was a post by a lady who had a terrible foot infection a few weeks ago and was having trouble getting anybody to take it seriously, despite being on Humira.
Assuming it was genuine (and I didn't see anything to suggest otherwise), I hope she's feeling better now, as she appeared to be in terrible pain.
