Help me with a song please. It's driving me nuts!

It's a kids one that gets trotted out at discos. I think it says something like 'Company' and then a move, so shoulders back, bottom out etc and then you walk in a circle to the song.

We first heard it in the Netherlands last year, so in Dutch, but heard it again at a kids disco in the UK last week and it was odd to hear it in English. But I can't get the damned tune out my head.

Please help!
