AIBU Kathy Burke for PM

I've just read an interview with KB in the Guardian and 150 or so btl comments, NOT ONE of them was horrible or unkind at all. So unusual when malice has become an everyday feature of comments. I love Kathy too, I find her upfront and admirable, a versatile and talented actress, she seems like an all round decent person. Although she wouldn't want it, AIBU to demand she becomes PM and saves the country?

Yes please. Totally with you on this one. She is indeed a treasure... And a treasure with a sharp brain too., which would be highly unusual in any politician.

I think she's fab, but recent comments in an interview about trans rights put me off slightly.
I would have thought someone as bright and sharp as herself would be more aware of the erasure of women to satify the baying men intent on bullying us into submission.

I love her. Her programme last night was fantastic. And yes, she would totally sort out the shambles we are in atm.
