I weighed around 12.5 stone after having DC. I am currently just over 11 stone, and Iām really struggling to lose the last stone! Goal weight is 10 stone.
Since this time last year Iāve been stuck at 11 stone, give or take a few lbs. I lost the first 1.5 stone just through breastfeeding and being active - no longer BF and still active, with a healthy diet.
I need to commit to an actual diet plan, Iām confident I can maintain any weight loss. Is calorie counting the best way? Iām overwhelmed with diet advice and recommendations, and struggling to know which is best. Considering a VLCD.
