To just want to stop

For months various member of my family have told me I'm taking on to much and to look after myself.

I've taken on new responsibilities in a hobby I enjoy.
Other than that
I help at the school PTA
I work
I have 2 kids who do between the do activists every day except Saturdays.
I have parents who are capable of looking after themselves but lack confidence in forms, bill paying etc so need support.
I have elderly ill relative one who I try and call at least once a week and one I visit at lease once a week.
I am close to my Sister who had a young baby and primary school aged child who is going through difficult times so i try and help, let her get some sleep/ go shopping when I have any spare time.
Plus house work etc

Thing is they still want me to do the things I do for them plus they ask me to do additional things.
Yet tell me not to do other things.

I've had enough of them wanting me to stop the thing I enjoy because it means I struggle to do the things they want me to 😡
