not really an AMBU but 4/5 digit phone numbers

Sorry to put this here, I couldn't find a better option.

I keep getting calls to my mobile with a number displayed that is only 4 or 5 digits.This morning it was 0210.

I'm assuming it is a scam, does anyone know any more?
