I'm about to make dinner now, and don't know if I should use the cream. It's smells fine, but what do you think?

I can't see a pic. But if you are talking about using cream that is a bit past its use by date but still smells fine, then I would use it. I've done so, many times. If cream is off you'll know instantly when you sniff it.

Oh hell yeah. Cream last for a good couple of weeks past it’s date.
If it smells and tastes ok then it’s fine.

Dinner done. Tasted fine, thanks SmileI always used to rely on the dates on products, and would throw out anything that had expired, but now I just sniff it and if it doesn't smell I use it. But things like milk, cream makes it difficult I think.

I know you've already had dinner but I would've said yes, especially as it's going to be cooked with.
